David is a rail professional with a decade of experience in both consulting and as a rail operator. He has broad experience across many rail projects, ranging from implementation of a new timetable to development of a long term regional transport plan.
David’s experience working across disciplines enables him to develop solutions with consideration of all relevant stakeholders – passengers, freight operators, network managers, and government. He takes great pride in delivering outcomes which represent the greatest benefit for the lowest investment.
